Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital programmes, courses, resources, workshops, and other services ("Services") provided by Imanjit ("I", "me", "my"). By purchasing or accessing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Services.

2. Services and Products

I provide digital wellbeing programmes, educational resources, guided meditations, workbooks, workshops, and related materials designed to support health and wellbeing.

All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and should not replace advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Programme content, features, duration, and availability are described on the relevant sales page. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, I reserve the right to update, improve, modify, or discontinue any Service without prior notice.

Access to digital programmes is granted solely to the purchaser and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full before access to digital products or programmes is provided, unless an agreed payment plan is offered.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed during the checkout process.

If a subscription or payment plan is offered, you authorise recurring payments until cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access until payment is received.

4. Delivery

Digital products are normally available immediately following successful payment, although access may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues.

Where live workshops, coaching sessions, or physical products are offered, estimated delivery dates will be stated at the time of purchase.

I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to online content and accept no responsibility for temporary outages caused by internet providers, hosting services, or other technical failures beyond my control.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted or downloadable materials have been made available.

If you experience technical difficulties preventing access, please contact me so I can resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content contained within my website and Services, including but not limited to text, videos, audio recordings, guided meditations, workbooks, graphics, logos, branding, downloads, and course materials, remains my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a programme grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own private use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials.

  • Share your login details or course access.

  • Record, republish, or commercially exploit any content.

  • Use any materials for teaching, training, or commercial purposes without my prior written permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

This programme has been created for educational and wellbeing purposes. It is designed to provide information, mindfulness practices, reflective exercises, and self-management strategies to support your wellbeing. The information provided reflects general evidence-based approaches to mindfulness, wellbeing, and behaviour change. As every individual is different, results will vary, and no specific outcomes or improvements can be guaranteed.

By taking part in this programme, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing. You agree to participate voluntarily and to use your own judgement when deciding whether any exercise, meditation, or activity is appropriate for you. If at any time you experience discomfort, distress, worsening symptoms, or have concerns about your health, you should stop the activity and seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you are currently receiving medical or psychological treatment, have recently undergone surgery, are pregnant, have a significant physical or mental health condition, or have any concerns about whether this programme is suitable for you, you are encouraged to discuss participation with your healthcare professional before continuing.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, I accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising directly or indirectly from the use of this programme or from reliance on the information it contains, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

By continuing with this programme, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this disclaimer.

  • You understand that this programme does not replace medical or psychological care.

  • You are participating voluntarily and take responsibility for your own decisions and actions throughout the programme.

  • You will seek appropriate medical advice if you have any concerns about your health or your ability to participate safely.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue with the programme.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of my website, Services, or programme materials.

I accept no responsibility for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the information provided.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Where subscriptions are offered, cancellation must be made in accordance with the subscription terms. Any outstanding payments remain payable.

Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law will continue to apply after termination.

13. Changes to These Terms
