Meet Imanjit
Mindfulness is more than a practice; for me, it is an essential bridge between physical health and peace. My journey into health psychology began with a fascination for the power of the mind and how our mental states manifest as physical symptoms. This passion led me to specialise in mindfulness interventions that help both target the root causes of stress, chronic pain, and digestive issues and help manage the symptoms.
Having navigated the psychology and professional coaching, I discovered that true healing happens when we learn to listen to our bodies with compassion. I believe that everyone has the capacity to find peace amidst the noise, and my role is to provide the structured, evidence-based tools to help you navigate your own path to better health and wellbeing.
