Take things at a pace that works for you. Designed to fit around your busy schedule. What to expect: - 6 structured modules - Meditation recordings - Reflective activities (including poems, short stories and worksheets) - Practical tips This programme takes a trauma-informed approach, slowly introducing you to mindfulness and building on the concept each week. This programme also takes an evidence-informed approach and complements any ongoing medical care and is by no means a replacement.
