Join this 6-week programme to help manage your chronic pain in a supportive and safe space. Through mindful awareness and self-compassion practices, we’ll gently explore your relationship with pain and tension in the body, welcoming space for greater understanding, acceptance, and ease. What to expect: - 6 structured modules - Live 1-hour weekly session online - Meditation recordings - Reflective activities (including poems, short stories and worksheets) - Practical tips Live 1-hour session takes place every Thursday at 17:00 until 18:00. This programme takes a trauma-informed approach, slowly introducing you to mindfulness and building on the concept each week. This programme also takes an evidence-informed approach and complements any ongoing medical care and is by no means a replacement.
