Join this 6-week programme to explore the impact stress can have on both the mind and body in a safe and supportive space. You will be invited to learn mindfulness-based approaches to help you feel more regulated, supported, and resilient through both chronic and short-term stress. What to expect: - 6 structured modules - Live 1-hour weekly session online - Meditation recordings - Reflective activities (including poems, short stories and worksheets) - Practical tips Live 1-hour session takes place every Thursday at 13:00 until 14:00. This programme takes a trauma-informed approach, slowly introducing you to mindfulness and building on the concept each week. This programme also takes an evidence-informed approach and complements any ongoing medical care and is by no means a replacement.
